Prof. Suggs invited to speak at the upcoming European Obesity Forum about using social media to promote healthy lifestyle behaviors. The talk entitled “Small bytes for big appetites: Talking about Healthy Lifestyles in a Social Media World” will focus on the practice, research and implications of a social media environment to promote healthy lifestyle behaviors to counter obesity.
The European Obesity Forum is part of Epode International Network, the world’s largest obesity prevention network, who’s mission is to reduce childhood obesity prevalence through sustainable strategies based on Community Based Programmes (CBPs).
