BeCHANGE doctoral student, Ms. Nathaly Aya Pastrana, won the best student paper award at the World Social Marketing Conference 2017. Held this May in Washington DC, the WSMC brought together approximately 550 academics, practitioners, and policy-makers for mutual learning about social change. Ms. Aya Pastrana had 3 presentations at WSMC17 (2 academic research and 1 her perspectives on social marketing in Latin America). Nathaly took home the best price for her paper examining Social Marketing’s coverage of Neglected Tropical Diseases. Kudos to Nathaly!!
